Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Golf Ball Stencil, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Please note: Because our stencils are personalised, we are unable to accept returns for custom items unless the product is faulty or we’ve made an error in your order.

Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If so, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
